職務内容
Job description
日本のEPC経由で受注した、送配電設備の海外プロジェクトでABBの製品（スイッチギヤー、トランス、保護装置や制御装置等）のプロジェクトマネージメントを掌る仕事です。主たる顧客はプラントメーカー（主に電力・LNG・化学プラント）と重電機器メーカーです。プロジェクトを遂行する為に、海外のABBの工場と緊密な連携を取り、コストを管理する責任があります。工程を適切に管理すると共に、顧客の技術的な要求に応えるよう品質を守り、顧客の信頼を維持するよう心がけます。
プロジェクトマネジャ－として、海外のABBと協調し多様な製品を取り纏めてゆくことが重要な責務です。
Project Manager (PM) takes responsibility for the project execution of ABB’s products and systems (switchgear, transformers, protection & Control and packaging etc.) aimed for local and overseas projects, mainly in contact with EPCs in Japan. Our main clients are plant makers （Power/LNG/Chemical） and heavy electrical machinery manufacturers.PM works in close cooperation with ABB overseas manufacturing units to execute projects for end-users worldwide. PM focus on cost efficiency and improvement of the projects under PM’s responsibility. PM also focuses on guaranteeing customer’s satisfaction through controlling, expediting and executing the defined schedules, while guaranteeing quality and adherence to the technical requirements. Coordination with overseas manufacturing units is a fundamental task of this assignment.

【学歴】 （高専卒、大学卒、大学院卒） 理工科系（電気）の卒業者
【資格】 プロジェクトマネ－ジメント（有資格者が望ましい）
【知識】
1. 電気設備関連の知識・素養は必須
2. 配電プロジェクト、または一般産業プラントの知識
3. 一般的な国際商務取引（契約条件・船積等）に関する知識
【経験】
1. 電気設備関連の設計・製作・据付等の実務経験
2. 配電プロジェクト、または一般産業プラントの経験
3. 海外プロジェクトの経験
4. MS-Word, MS-Excel, Power Point, MS-ProjectとPCの中級ユーザー
5. SAPの知識があれば望ましい
【語学】
英語中級以上（TOEIC 600点以上）
営業資料、技術資料は英文、毎日英語による海外との交渉が必要。

1. 英語・日本語で効率的なビジネス交渉ができる。
2. プロジェクト管理の為の基礎的な経理知識。
3. 複数のプロジェクトを同時に遂行するストレスに耐えられる。
4. 積極的で明るい性格で、協調性が有り、誠実で社交的な人。
5. 送配電設備の営業経験者は歓迎。
6. 国内出張 ２/月：海外出張 ６～１２/年 可能な人
【Education background】
■Technical College
■University
□Post graduate
Graduate in Science or Engineering related field
【Certification】 Project Management certificates (preferable).
【Knowledge】
・Knowledge regarding Electrical systems in Power/T&D/Industrial Plant is essential.
・International experience is an advantage,
・Knowledge for international contract is advantage.
【Experience】
・Experience of overseas projects for Power/T&D/Industrial area
・ERP systems (SAP preferable),
・MS-Word, MS-Project Excel and Power Point and PC.
【Language/TOEIC】 TOEIC, over 600 points
・PM negotiates daily in English with ABB overseas, via telephone and e-mail.
・Sales materials and technical manuals are entirely in English.
【Expected qualifications 】PM will be :
1.Be able to negotiate and manage effectively in Japanese/English.
2.Capable of managing basic accounting (Profit and loss , cost calculations, invoicing, cash);
3.Resistant to stress and capable of managing different projects in parallel.
4.Dynamic, open minded, flexible, team player, sincere and sociable.
5.Applicants with a background in sales of electrical goods are welcome.
6.Available for 2 domestic business trips per month and 6 to 12 overseas trips per year.
